Who manages JREC's properties?
- We have partnered with Structure Properties. They support our current/prospective tenants, handle maintenance requests, process rent, and help with other property management services. They can be contacted at 414-882-8777.
What rentals are currently available?

Are you in the market to purchase additional properties?
- JREC is not currently seeking new investments.
Do you only purchase properties in Milwaukee?
- Our focus at this time is to invest locally in the Milwaukee area.
